New article online: Of radicals and root vegetables

Leanne Wild was a socially-conscious young person. She was involved in protests, has been a vegetarian, and made a pact with friends to not live in a “suburban mansion” and to be held accountable to it. However real life has crept in over the years.

Now as a married mother and co-home-owner, she doesn’t live up to all of her values as she hoped she would. She still believes in home-schooling, but has sent her daughter to public school and is unapologetic about it.

She wonders and worries whether she has conceded too many of her values. But she also views it as the flourishing of her initial seeds of passion and intent.
