DIY Homesteader Festival

Have you heard about the DIY Homesteader Festival? This festival will take place June 1 and features more than 20 hands on workshops for those who want to learn self-sufficiency and homesteading skills that range from beekeeping to herbal first-aid to fermentation.

Our own Geez co-editor and publisher Aiden Enns will be a running a workshop on how to build your own composting toilet.

The festival takes place 40 minutes North of Winnipeg near Fraserwood, Manitoba.
